I personally like them. If you live a vegan lifestyle, then this is one of the only options of handbags you have (other is fabric/cloth/cotton/canvas). It's great to carry during bad weather days because you don't have to worry about water seeping into leather and thus ruining it. I've seen some very poorly made PVC bags AND also leather bags. I’ve seen more well made PVC bags also. I would pay no more than $50 for a PVC bag. I can't fathom paying over $1K for a Stella McCartney bag (she uses faux materials) but that is just my view.
