I was thinking about that too. I decided that as long as you only have a wallet or a small purse, it is okay for freshies and children in high school to wear. Once you get to a backpack or a large handbag, that's when it starts to look old lady~ish. So get a cute wallet like this.

of course theyre not just for old people i have a few and i love them.i wouldnt say theyre my favorite brand of pocketbook but i think theyre very preppy and cute!

I personally think they're horrible and tired. They were really in style for a bit a while back, but the fad is over, thankfully.
