Your wallet, with your Identification Card.

At least $10 on you in case of something.

Your cell phone.

Your keys.

Something that smells nice, such as perfume or just spray.

Hand sanitizer, in case.

Napkins or toilet paper in case you happen to use a facility with none.

A mirror to look at yourself in case you have something stuck in your teeth.

If you use medication [I have an inhaler so I keep it with me all the time].

A brush in case you like to brush your hair.

Make up if you wear it [I don't]

And a pen.

That's what I think a woman should carry, at all times. While, I carry all of that, but I also carry:

An umbrella in case it rains.

My lunch.

Extra pair of socks, underwear, and bra in case.

And floss along with mints or gum.

I know it sounds like a lot, but I'd rather be prepared than unprepared.

Oh remember, if you have a small purse don't try to fit all of that in, it won't fit. Try fitting things like that in a medium to massive sized purse. If you don't want that size, and want a smaller size, I would downsize to what you need to:

ID Card, wallet, pen, medication, cell phone. That's your essentials, along with money in your wallet. And in case, pepper spray.
